RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To all customers around the world, you have 14 days upon receipt to return your purchase in exchange of refund, irrespective of any reason. The products need to be in perfect condition. All you have to do is to:

email subject should be ‘Refund within 14 days’
mention your order number, email address (used for purchase) and your full name.

Upon processing request for refund in our Customer Service, we will contact you with further details such as the address to send the product for refund.

Please note that sending your purchase to us for refund is at your own expense initially, then scan us your receipt for postage and we will return you that amount as well as the value of your returned purchase.

If the conditions indicated above are observed, we will refund you within a 30 business days after the receipt of the purchase from our side. Refunding will be carried out with the same mode of payment chosen by the customer at the time of order.

EXCHANGE PRODUCT

Exchanging a product for another is not possible, thus you can only get a refund for unused and unworn product before 14 days past receiving purchase from customer side.
